Entered: Sauce Arachide Exited: Sauce Graine (Week #96)

Well, we're on the last transfer.. so crazy. Doesn't feel real. Banger week that I don't remember a ton about Monday after pday I did a call with my counselor and did my school schedule which was crazy. I had an exchange Tuesday with Elder Mayamba that was sooo fun. We just went with the flow, worked hard, but tried to practice charity with everyone around us. We just tried being as nice to everyone as we could. We played soccer with kids, did jump rope, and just had so much fun. It had been a long time since I've done that so I was very happy. It was such a fun day full of hard work but not just exhausting ourselves. We played no joke 15 vs 2 soccer. Me and my comp. the missionaries won hahaha. We took advantage of their height (which is crazy coming from me) and I kept chipping it up to my comp who would head it in. It was so fun I miss taco bell Wednesday it rained a lot, we had a member with us which was hype but besides that it was honestly pretty mid Thursday we had MLC. Honestly one of my favorite MLCs yet. Studied D&C 109 but when it talked about temples we imagined it was talking about us because our bodies are temples. It was really edifying. We also talked a lot about key indicators which I thought was necessary. ALSO THERE WAS SAUCE ARACHIDE AND FOUTOU.. SO DOUX Friday.. weekly planning. Outside of that ur average day Saturday morning was really really awesome. We went to the hospital that most of the missionaries go to called Chandilier. We went and gave them a thank you poster and then shared book of mormons with all of them, including our testimonies. Elder Knoll shared something I really liked. He said something along the lines of "you guys are so important to us. You heal us physically. That's why we need doctors, our bodies aren't perfect and in order to keep them in good shape we need people like you to help us continue. Luckily in this world there's lots of doctors. However, when we need to be healed spiritually, there's only one person who can do so. And that, is Jesus Christ. This book (the book of mormon) is a testimony of HIM. Of his life, his atonement, and everything he's offered us." (Very poorly paraphrased) Man dropped bars. After that, Saturday was mid Elder Hendrickson is cute Sunday was lit. So Saturday night we were so behind on our goals. Like way behind. We still needed to find 6 new friends and have 5 more lessons with members in order to hit out goals. Well we just decided to grind our butts off. We went to church, taught immediately after church, took members with us, and just did everything we could. our efforts were far from perfect, but God magnified them to become what he needed! We had 6 new friends and 6 lessons with members that day! Work here in Niangon 5 is really looking good and we have some progressing friends that we hope will be baptised at the end of this month. God is a God of Miracles.. That leads us to today! We started the day going to the dentist. Elder Odenusi has been having serious serious tooth pains. We went pretty far, it was a nice drive tho. On the way back we went the long way around the banco forest (a national park) which was awesome. We got to drive my the Ebimpe stadium where côte d'Ivoire won the African Cup. It was awesome. Join my Google photos to see it! My comp taught me how to make sauce arachide it was Sooo doux. But we didn't have enough time so we think we undercooked it. But regardless it was super tasty... I may or may of not then made sauce graine on the toilet the next morning. (In understandable american writing, I blew up the toilet) Then we got transfer news! Elder Odenusi is leaving:( and I'm staying! :))) I'm getting a new companion, Elder Gibson. I've already done an exchange with him. He's a beast. It'll be a blast. I'm super excited for this last transfer. I'm ready to push myself and achieve goals I've never been able to achieve before! I love you all. See ya in 6 weeks
