Elevator + Unstable Electricity = Problems (Week #79)

Hey everyone. I thought I should start with an equation cause you know.. I'm a numbers guy (iykyk) Welcome back to another email. I'm not gonna go unto a lot of random emails but there's some funny stories I wanted to share!! 1. Cooking! My new companion does not like eating in sector or eating at members homes. He just says that he never does it. So we (him) have been cooking more often recently. It inspired me to start cooking, I made potatos with some sauce and it was actually so good. Problem was, while cooking I burnt myself sooo bad haha. I knew I shouldn't of started cooking again. My entire pointer finger below my nail was blistered up. I already got the juice out but I have a pic of it a couple days later haha. 2. Elevator + Unstable Electricty Ok so you've all heard about the elevator we have by now.. sorry I talk about it to much. Anyways, we left the apartment a little late one afternoon. Usually we're supposed to leave at 2, It was around 2:25. We got in the elevator to go to area and while we were in it the power cut 🔋✂️ .. the elevator didn't move and we didn't have connection.. there's no connection in the elevator. So we saw we didn't have any other choice but to wait for the power to come back. Well... we ended up stuck in the elevator for 2+ hours. That place turned into a sauna around the 30 minute mark. A small metal box with two sweaty guys in it mid afternoon. We prayed a lot, shared some stories. And finally got out at 4:40ish which was good because we had a meeting with the first counselor (also the mission doctor) of the stake at 5 Moral of the Story I learned: Leave to sector on time! Something as little as 20 minutes can mess up my entire program. Maybe God has someone he wants me to pass by when I leave the apartment but if I don't leave on time he won't be able to bless me to be able to see them. A 20 minute difference had a 2 hour impact. It helped me see the importance of exact obedience I've been studying miracles more this week and how to notice them. I started writing daily miracles and WOW! Miracles are EVERYWHERE. We just need to look for them! These things are DEFINTELY miracles. Without a doubt. I'd like to share one with you all! I'll share a miracle that happened yesterday We went to go teach one of our friends on date for baptism. His name is Jaures. He's awesome! Him and his wife are always together but he knew we wanted to pass so he stayed behind so we could show up. Well his wife left and closed the door. Jaures always has the key but for some reason she had it. So she wasn't there and he didn't have a way to get into his house because his wife had the key, not him. Anyways he was waiting outside for us and because of the situation we were forced to do the lesson outside. It was our first time doing it outside. We were talking about the commandments and a middle aged woman we gave a priesthood blessing a few months back (she had malaria pretty bad) over heard our conversation and wanted to join. She came and joined and we had a powerful lesson. She asked great questions, like how is it even possible to COMPLETELY follow these commandments? We mess up everyday? We took advantage of this opportunity to talk about Jesus Christ and his ENDLESS Atonement! Even though we're not perfect through repentance and applying his Atonement, we can actually become perfect in the eyes of God! Isn't that something so powerful?! When we ask for forgiveness with real intent, he forgives us and?... FORGETS our sins! In our eyes we become perfect. This idea really effected her in a positive way. And none of this would've happened if Jaures' wife didn't take the keys! God is definitely in the details and He wanted it like that. I'm so grateful for him and all He teaches me. So yeah! I know God loves you all and He lives! Pray to Him please! Be obedient to his simple commandments. Winner of the Week: Kesley LeRoy! She started her mission today props to her!! 2: Garrett Palmer ! Happy birthday bro.. love you!! See ya soon 3: you! you're the best! Join the Google photos ou bien ⛽️ 🔥 https://photos.app.goo.gl/9v2q3pnQVYwnSKAdA Sinon voici quelques photos
