I Love Micao 2 (village) (Week #72)

Hey everyone. I'm writing quick so I can go to area early!! I'll start with Monday and get to transfer news at the end, so stick around! We got big stuff coming! Monday, was a lit p day, we went out that night and just contacted like 4 members it was fun. Tuesday was good we had district Council which was pretty decent and then we had a slow day in the area. Ended it with a lesson with one of my favorite families. I love them so much. I'll send pics. Wednesday was a good day too! We had two relief society mama's that came to the area with us and brought us with them to some people that need our help. It was really productive and im grateful for their willingness in the Lords work. We taught a lot of important lessons and finished it off with a phenomenal friend who will br baptized very soon! Thursday was HYPE! I Had an exchange with the one and only Elder Hendrickson. He's seriously such a good missionary. Like he is so motivated in the Lords work and he really knows what he's doing. He's a genius when it comes to how to best help the area and he's got tons of great ideas. We had a lot of fun, there was this river that was CRUISIN and it was raining super hard. We wete just always laughing. We also ate at a members that night and had a really good talk! It was nice to be able to speak and share every other principle again. He loves the area laughs hard loves hard and will do great with his new calling. He got called to be a district leader in n'zianouan . Nzianouan needs him and he'll be perfect for the job. I love him with all my heart. I'm gonna miss him! I've learned a lot with him Friday was pretty much just moving. We didn't actually get a lot of work done. We didn't have water so we were getting water all day but it was good! We're finally moved in and it's a real nice apartment. Saturday was also good it was slow. We had a lot of lessons fall through but we ended it with a bang. I love micao 2 Sunday was really really awesome. We GRINDED. We had 5 lessons after church back to back all with members. We grinded it out and found really elect people. We put someone on date for baptism. It was hype. I felt so good after an efficient day of work. The members were so willing to help. I love the ward And that leads us to today! We got transfer news. Lowkey so sad. I'm leaving micao 2 (village) (micao is definitely village) (we live next to the forest) (there's monkeys everywhere) im going to go be a zone leader in a zone called toit rouge. To be honest I don't really feel like I'm qualified for it. And I really didn't want to leave my area. However I know God has a plan for me and also the people I will impact. I'll let him take the wheel and guide me to where I need to go! Micao 2 will forever hold a place in my heart! This place is goated! Sept 20 2023 This is how we communicate on days that aren't Carson's Pday (individual questions answered by emojis): Sept 22: C: I can call if u want today Me: Still sick? 😩 What time? My lunch is at 10:30 My day is pretty psycho before that time but if it needs to be before that we can make it work! C: That works I think I'm leaving the hospital this evening But I’m not sure *(We found out he went to the hospital Wednesday afternoon the day we did questions and emojis) Me: Shoot! You’ve been so sick for so long C: Yeah I've had an on and off fever for 2 weeks now Me: Wanna tell me what you have? Or are you loving the suspense? RM's got me in shambles (Week #97)

Hey hey hey. Welcome back! This week was cool! I worked with my new comp elder Gibson. He's a dawg. He eats sooo much which is good. It's helping me eat more!! Maybe I'll gain some pounds I already lost. I've been working out pretty much almost every day which has been awesome. Crazy that I feel like there's actually some progress even tho I'm pretty much only doing push ups. Started my plan this week... iykyk We had stake conference which was really good. Valerie and her son came!! Big things coming for them. President and Sister Litchfield dropped bars. We were happy! We'll be doing lots of exchanges this transfer. We're planning on working harddd. We set some big goals for ourselves and our zone. We'll see what we can accomplish!
