My Son is Older Than Me (Week #55)

Hello everyone! what's up! this week was transfer week! I recieved the news that i would be training! In mission culture if you're training, that means they're your son, but in this situation, he's been on the mission a lot longer than me, and he's almost finished, so he's like half my son half my father. dont really know, don't really care. Training is going super well and i love the opportunities i have to help this mission advance and find spiritual moments along the journey this week we picked up senegal elders and that was fun, but at the airport I saw a young man from guinea. i went and talked to him and he was so so humble and so kind. the man had a certain light about him i wanted to uncover. I started talking to this guy and he has family in Cote d'ivoire so he spends a lot of time here and a lot of time in guinea. after a lot of good conversation, i asked if he's ever seen other people like us, he said yes actually, he has. and he used to see them super often in guinea, apparently he always saw them walking home from teaching. I invited him to simply talk to the missionaries next time he sees them over there. he humbly agreed. That young man was super nice and i hope that he follows through. It's nice just having conversations with people and seeing how they go. Not all of them have to have an end goal in mind. I don't need to hand out brocheres and give out invitations everytime i talk. Sometimes just being a friend is what they need and that was a cool experience i had backing that up. In other news, i got to see elder afangbedji, elder butler, elder elieson, and elder badoo. that was fun. We played some games and all the normal stuff. We had transfers this week, that went well also. ok winner of the week is going toooo Elder Hendrickson! He's a goat, one of the people that came from the MTC with me and he's hilarious. he's been a great example to me, and always has a smile. He told me at zc that he wanted winner of the week. and here we are. look ladies and gentleman, it's not that hard, just send me a text everyonce in a while and your in. ok thats all, ngl pictures suck this week good luck
