I'm a Baller on the Beat (Week #51)

Ok this email is going to be pretty short this week because elder jordan wants me to hop on his podcast. ca va aller my birthday was this week, thanks for everyone that said happy birthday, if you didn't, i probably thought specifically about how you didn't send me a happy birthday and cried about it. so yeah. take it. kidding, didnt even cry once! thats right, im a big boy! kidding kidding but they got some party popper and popped it for me, and then got me brownies, and my comps fake robbed me, it was epic, we ended the night with some PIZZA HUT (tastyyyyy) and we were happy! also this week i ate burger king, we had a family home evening where i ate plakoli and sauce gumbo. it was DOUX. sorry mission dad i know you would be disapointed. and sister morris gave us some GAS cookies. so blessed. i gave myself a bad haircut that elder jordan saved for me, clutched up we went to elder Knolls district MT choco, it was awesome and i was so excited to pernamently be in his district, then president said sike we're moving you. yako. it was super edifying tho and i learned a lot that's all i got, yako. maybe pictures will remind me of some stuff. winner of the week this week issssss: Elder Knoll!! woohooo! wanted to thank him for being a cracked DL. one of the few times i left a district feeling edified and as if i really had learned a lot. Not supposed to be a shot at other DL's or anything but he does specifically well. In a lot of other districts, it's super easy to fall into routine of just having the same schedule and going over the same stuff every time, but we got really well involved with him and it was all uplifting, thanks to the DL goat! also as im writing this i think he already won winner of the week.... when he got me some lit stuff from senegal... yako, well he's the first double winner! so obviously we gotta put a second!! Winner of the week 2! Elder Jordan! Because he saved my haircut ahhaha. it was SOOO bad, i really messed it up and he helped a brother out. Hallelujah! he's a fun companion and an amazing example. Super happy to be with him. ok ok picture time. love y'all! God loves you too!

Sept 20 2023 This is how we communicate on days that aren't Carson's Pday (individual questions answered by emojis): Sept 22: C: I can call if u want today Me: Still sick? 😩 What time? My lunch is at 10:30 My day is pretty psycho before that time but if it needs to be before that we can make it work! C: That works I think I'm leaving the hospital this evening But I’m not sure *(We found out he went to the hospital Wednesday afternoon the day we did questions and emojis) Me: Shoot! You’ve been so sick for so long C: Yeah I've had an on and off fever for 2 weeks now Me: Wanna tell me what you have? Or are you loving the suspense? C: Then I had covid like 3-4 weeks ago IDK what I have… Me: They don’t know huh? High fevers. C: They said that when there's constant on and off fevers like this that means there's a problem. RM's got me in shambles (Week #97)

Hey hey hey. Welcome back! This week was cool! I worked with my new comp elder Gibson. He's a dawg. He eats sooo much which is good. It's helping me eat more!! Maybe I'll gain some pounds I already lost. I've been working out pretty much almost every day which has been awesome. Crazy that I feel like there's actually some progress even tho I'm pretty much only doing push ups. Started my plan this week... iykyk We had stake conference which was really good. Valerie and her son came!! Big things coming for them. President and Sister Litchfield dropped bars. We were happy! We'll be doing lots of exchanges this transfer. We're planning on working harddd. We set some big goals for ourselves and our zone. We'll see what we can accomplish!
