DJ DUCKERRR (Week #46)

What's up you lovely people, I love you all! So so so so so much! anyways allons-y! Monday we had a district activity which was pretty cool, we had ice cream and cake, sung happy birthday to two sisters, and our zone leader tried to tell us we couldnt call our family on p days because we could only do it on special occasions??? haha whatever, he's wrong, i called my family today suck it! (no shade on ZL he just likes to make rules up ahha) That was lit though. it was more funny than lit because of all the bete stuff that was happening (bete: stupid) dont worry i love my district! Monday night was spent preparing for the following days ZC with Elder Klebingat (general authority) Tuesday was inspired. He spoke so so so well guys. That guy is filled to the brim of wisdom and i was edified. Everything with the sound system went pretty well, all the kinks were figured out pretty quick. overall it went great! Because i was in charge of the sound system, i had the "Motherboard" in front of me. So i could adjust peoples highs peoples lows i could adjust their individual volume... all that!! It was awesome, i was deemed the nickname dj ducker. i think it's kinda chic. catch me going to the music industry! (Jk) also that day i got to see all my boys. The entire mission was there except for senegal and gambia. RIP tho cause we got some real homies over there. (je vous aime la-bas) took some lit photos, got to hear the wonderful voices of my dear friends and all that! and to go along with that, this monday we have a full mission meeting again! il y a beaucoup des benedictions chez moi! Besides that i dont know a ton, i've been listening to a bunch of spiritual music and podcasts this week, it's been a really good usage of my time. my spiritual music is stronger than ever haha i love my playlist. plus im like super confident in all of them, there's none that are kinda on the line of spiritual and post mission music, it's all just fire. I made a goal to only listen to that sort of music for a while, however my bro sent me a screen recording of juice wrld and post malones new song(just a quick 15 second clip)... did i listen... yes! but guys dont worry, it was just a clip vite vite. and it was p day! i know i know no excuses, im back, but thanks for forgiving me! i'll follow my goal good now! until next saturday... KIDDING I ate a bunch of coconut chocolate bars, they cost like a dime staight up. i bought literally 20. theyre better and more in quantity than almond joys.. it was lit. One of the Mission drivers bought me some food one night.. GOD IS GOOD ok wanna end it with three things First a birthday shoutout to grandpa, congrats you the best also a late mothers day to all of the amazing mothers in my life! (if i've ever called you mom i consider you a mother of mine:)) second a quick thought third, an invitation ok thought quick quick, GUYS! patriarchal blessings are the BEST! I invite you all to go read them asap! I made a challenge with someone else in the mission to read my patriachal blessing once a week for the rest of my mission. I read it and there was so much amazing stuff i never noticed! It talked a lot about my pre mortal life and it gave me some clarity on my purpose here today! which brings my to my invitation Go study (really reallly study) The gathering of israel.. ITS SO SO COOL!!! and really really understand the background of it all! If you need to know where to start send me an email and ill try and help you out but guys oh my gosh. So great. ANYWAYSSS WINNER OF THE WEEK!! the winner of the week this weeeeeekkkkk isssssssss: ELDER BEVINS! elder bevins wins winner of the week due to his email where he kindly shouted out the "tech captain" i hope he was referring to me otherwise this is really embarassing. oops. Anyways, the guys awesome, we're pretty much mts but not really. It's kinda fake but real ya know. Yeah im sure you understand. Guys a killer killer missionary and is such a great example. I'm grateful for him! Everyone needs an elder bevins in their life;) Ok thats all, most (all) of my pics come from zc enjoy!

Sept 20 2023 This is how we communicate on days that aren't Carson's Pday (individual questions answered by emojis): Sept 22: C: I can call if u want today Me: Still sick? 😩 What time? My lunch is at 10:30 My day is pretty psycho before that time but if it needs to be before that we can make it work! C: That works I think I'm leaving the hospital this evening But I’m not sure *(We found out he went to the hospital Wednesday afternoon the day we did questions and emojis) Me: Shoot! You’ve been so sick for so long C: Yeah I've had an on and off fever for 2 weeks now Me: Wanna tell me what you have? Or are you loving the suspense? C: Then I had covid like 3-4 weeks ago IDK what I have… Me: They don’t know huh? High fevers. C: They said that when there's constant on and off fevers like this that means there's a problem. RM's got me in shambles (Week #97)

Hey hey hey. Welcome back! This week was cool! I worked with my new comp elder Gibson. He's a dawg. He eats sooo much which is good. It's helping me eat more!! Maybe I'll gain some pounds I already lost. I've been working out pretty much almost every day which has been awesome. Crazy that I feel like there's actually some progress even tho I'm pretty much only doing push ups. Started my plan this week... iykyk We had stake conference which was really good. Valerie and her son came!! Big things coming for them. President and Sister Litchfield dropped bars. We were happy! We'll be doing lots of exchanges this transfer. We're planning on working harddd. We set some big goals for ourselves and our zone. We'll see what we can accomplish!
