Gun Fight (Week #16)

Nothing happened this week. This will be short, for my emails, itll probably still be decent length

I had an exchange, we were able to do service which was really awesome, I stirred some girls peanuts for like 45 minutes cause she was gonna make peanut sauce. I have pictures ill attach. We got to play with kids . Some kids also wanted me to write my name and elder jardines name on their hands and arms cause they liked me so much, idk if thats against rules or anything but hey they asked me im just signing their arms. Shoutout to Elder Nuttall because he ruined that area because he kept showing little kids magic tricks and now every kid runs up to me with a rock or pebble demanding that i do magic. Luckily i picked up a couple little tricks, enough to get myself by without severe disappointment

We got Maman Ake on baptism date! I'm super excited for her she's the best and she's ready. She loves learning and she's gonna be an amazing member. She's on for November 12th

We Contacted a ton of people this week because most of our lessons actually fell through, We had to have contacted at least 20 people so that was awesome. We ran out of book of mormons and we're low on brochures so im happy to see literal evidence of the seeds were planting.

Now for the title. May be a little lamer than you thought but while my companion was conducting some of his many baptismal interviews, I was able to play with the kids. I walked in this room with an elder and she was playing with a staff, next thing i know i have the staff and theyre all running laps around the room hiding behind pillars because i have it laid up on my shoulder like a bazooka and im running around the room and making gun noises. It was pretty wild, they definitely had more energy than me but i played the long game and by the end of about 30 minutes their were like 5-6 children laying on the ground with their tongues out trying their hardest not to crack a smile even though they were all laughing pretty much always. It was definitely really funny. Not gonna lie they best me a couple times and then i started walking out and they ran back up to me and put the staff on my shoulder. I think they were goin easy on me. Doesn't matter too much I came out with a Dub regardless. 

Love yall. Week 16 is pretty wild. RIP to my utahns with snow. That sucks for you. Also fall break was recently so i hope you all partied it up. See ya next week
