I'M IN ABIDJAN

 Hey guys! I don't think ill be able to call this week because we've been jam packed with moving here to Abidjan starting proselyting and me getting trained and a new companion but I'll try and send a group email tonight if i can and call tonight but ill keep you updated! We have a phone now so i should stay in touch more often but we only have one phone per companionship. Love you guys and I'll keep you updated!

They’ve arrived!  And what a memorable day it was!  We had nine smiling faces arrive from the Ghana MTC on August 16. They greeted us en français! 🇨🇮 Bienvenue Elders Knoll, Patterson, Jacobs, Hall, Ducker, Kesterson, and Hendrickson. And of course the lovely Sister Niyomwungere❤️  We can’t wait to put these young disciples to work building the kingdom in Côte d’Ivoire. Yesterday’s highlight was stopping at the Abidjan construction site and singing I love to see the temple ❣️

Sept 20 2023 This is how we communicate on days that aren't Carson's Pday (individual questions answered by emojis): Sept 22: C: I can call if u want today Me: Still sick? 😩 What time? My lunch is at 10:30 My day is pretty psycho before that time but if it needs to be before that we can make it work! C: That works I think I'm leaving the hospital this evening But I’m not sure *(We found out he went to the hospital Wednesday afternoon the day we did questions and emojis) Me: Shoot! You’ve been so sick for so long C: Yeah I've had an on and off fever for 2 weeks now Me: Wanna tell me what you have? Or are you loving the suspense? C: Then I had covid like 3-4 weeks ago IDK what I have… Me: They don’t know huh? High fevers. C: They said that when there's constant on and off fevers like this that means there's a problem. RM's got me in shambles (Week #97)

Hey hey hey. Welcome back! This week was cool! I worked with my new comp elder Gibson. He's a dawg. He eats sooo much which is good. It's helping me eat more!! Maybe I'll gain some pounds I already lost. I've been working out pretty much almost every day which has been awesome. Crazy that I feel like there's actually some progress even tho I'm pretty much only doing push ups. Started my plan this week... iykyk We had stake conference which was really good. Valerie and her son came!! Big things coming for them. President and Sister Litchfield dropped bars. We were happy! We'll be doing lots of exchanges this transfer. We're planning on working harddd. We set some big goals for ourselves and our zone. We'll see what we can accomplish!
